End of October, representatives of CE+T Power have participated in the Belgian Economic Mission to Canada, together with Walloon Minister JC Marcourt.
CE+T Power has been present in North America since 2007 thanks to its subsidiary CE+T America. The Group’s customers include North American industrial firms that are active in telecoms, transport, power generation and distribution, petrochemicals, and data centers.
In Canada, the products of CE+T Power are used by Bell Canada, TELUS, Hydro-Québec, etc.
CE+T Power has also formed a technological partnership with the North American group Alpha Technologies, based in Vancouver, for integration of its modular inverters in the telecom sector. This association has led to investments in joint projects in Belgium, creating jobs locally.
“CE+T Power was recognized as a world leader in inverters for non-renewable energy by the Frost & Sullivan consulting firm in 2014. Today, we know that our technology still has a lot to offer industrial companies since the need for a secure power supply for critical applications continues to increase: power grids are less and less reliable, and the spread of information technology to all fields of activity has led to increased power needs as well as a greater need for secure power supply for this equipment, with inverter solutions whose availability rate must reach 99.9999%,” explains Olivier Bomboir, VP Business Development. “To do this, we are investing, notably for the growth of CE+T America, in the NAFTA zone.”
